About Us We’re a fast-moving startup managing a portfolio of apps and websites across niche verticals. Our success relies on data, smart content, and adaptive tools. We’re looking for someone who breathes SEO, lives in AI prompt chains, and doesn’t flinch at Cloudflare DNS settings. Role Overview As our Marketing Manager – Digital & SEO, you’ll be the engine behind our visibility, traffic, and content strategy across multiple websites. You’ll combine technical SEO, analytics, social media, content generation (with AI + design tools) and domain management into a coherent growth engine. You’ll be hands-on, autonomous, and deeply strategic. Key Responsibilities SEO & Web Optimization • Lead on-page, off-page, technical SEO for dozens of sites., • Perform deep keyword research, competitor gap analysis, content audits., • Oversee site structure, internal linking, crawl budgets, canonical tags, schema, etc., • Expert use of Google Analytics / GA4: build dashboards, conversion funnels, insights., • A/B tests, cohort/segmentation analytics, attribution modeling., • Manage domain setups, DNS records, Cloudflare settings, SSL, caching rules, CDN configurations., • Work with devs / sysops to ensure SEO-friendly performance (speed, redirects, etc.)., • Use AI models / prompt engineering to generate social media posts, captions, content outlines, repurposed formats., • Use Canva (or equivalent) to design social visuals, templates, carousels, etc., • Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize social media content across platforms., • Develop a growth roadmap for organic channels across sites., • Systematize processes, create playbooks (SEO, AI content, social)., • Coordinate with contractors, freelancers, devs as needed., • Stay ahead of trends (search engine updates, AI tools, social algorithm changes).Required Skills & Experience, • 3–5 years (or more) hands-on in digital marketing & SEO; ability to execute end-to-end., • Deep, demonstrable experience with AI tools (content generation, prompt engineering, tool chaining)., • Proficiency in Google Analytics / GA4 (custom reports, segmenting, event setup)., • Experience managing domains, DNS, Cloudflare, CDN, technical settings., • Solid Canva skills (or equivalent visual design tools) to produce graphic content., • Strong content sense: you understand what works in social / organic., • Ability to multi-task across many websites, juggle priorities, optimize for performance., • Excellent written and verbal communication (English; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory)., • Self-starter, autonomous, data-driven, curious about new tools.Nice to Have, • Experience with CMS (WordPress, headless, etc.), • Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), • Experience with email / funnel marketing, • Familiarity with Python, scripting, or automation, • Previous work in tech, content, or startup environmentWorking Conditions & Benefits, • Hybrid in Barcelona: part in-office, part remote, • Contract: long-term contractor / possibility of conversion, • Salary range: €40,000 – €60,000 gross / year (depending on experience + bonuses), • Performance bonus / profit sharing or equity possibility, • Flexible schedule, paid training, conference budget, • Your CV / portfolio (with SEO / content work examples), • A case study (or short write-up) of a website you improved via SEO + AI tools (with before/after metrics), • Two prompts you use when leveraging AI for content + a sample output
