What will your day-to-day look like? • Operational and business management of the Customs department., • Leading the team., • Developing our brokerage business., • Supporting our sales force (including customer visits)., • Ongoing monitoring of customs regulations and processes., • Optimization of existing and new internal processes., • Compliance with local regulations (Customs Representative License required)., • Communicating and acting as a liaison with key stakeholders, including local and international customers, customs authorities, and relevant people and functions within the organization. What do we expect from you? • Customs Representative qualification/license., • Strong knowledge of AEO requirements and processes., • Extensive knowledge and experience in brokerage regulations, processes, and procedures., • Leadership and collaboration skills, strong team player, resilient., • Ability to make decisions, multitask, and work under pressure., • Goal-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision., • Quality- and efficiency-driven, proactive, dynamic, and well organized., • Customer-focused attitude., • Excellent communication skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and tools., • English (strong written and spoken communication skills are essential).
