The Role of Bell Attendant: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Bell Attendant to join our team. The Bell Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The Bell Attendant is stationed at the bell stand outside the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage. The Bell Attendant is also in charge of park guest car. The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation. Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups. Park guest car with a maximum level of care. IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE CAR LICENCE Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance. Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest. Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property. Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room. Assists guests at the Concierge Desk. Assisst with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door Staff. Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask, attention to detail and solve problems. Physical by nature this position requires the ability to lift and push at least 30 Kgs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge about the local area. Applicants are required to have one year of experience in a Bell Attendant position. It is required to have driver license. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.     • Resumen de la Posición Buscamos un Técnico/a de Formación Profesional (FP) en Electrónica proactivo y con iniciativa para unirse a nuestro equipo de mantenimiento y servicio técnico. El rol principal es el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de SAIs (UPS) y sistemas de alimentación relacionados. El lugar de trabajo principal es Madrid, con disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos puntuales por el resto de España. • Responsabilidades Clave Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de SAIs de diferentes marcas y potencias. Diagnosticar y reparar averías a nivel de componente y de sistema en equipos electrónicos de potencia. Llevar a cabo la puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos (SAIs, baterías, inversores, etc.). Elaborar informes técnicos detallados sobre las intervenciones, el estado de los equipos y las reparaciones realizadas. Gestionar y coordinar los avisos de servicio con el equipo de soporte y los clientes. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad y calidad en todas las operaciones. • Requisitos Imprescindibles Formación Académica: Título de FP Grado Medio o Superior en Electrónica, Electricidad, o Automatización y Robótica (o similar). Experiencia: Valorable experiencia previa en el mantenimiento y reparación de electrónica de potencia, especialmente SAIs/UPS.
