Sales Representative Are you a driven sales professional with a strong network and a passion for architectural solutions? Join Luxalon Plafonds, a leader in innovative ceiling solutions, and take ownership of commercial development across the South and South-West of France. We're looking for a proactive Sales Representative who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at building relationships, and is motivated by growth and results. About the Role - As our Sales Representative, you will lead commercial expansion in your region - driving revenue, deepening customer relationships, and positioning Luxalon ceiling solutions at the heart of architectural and construction projects. You will work closely with architects, installers, contractors, and distributors, acting as a trusted technical and commercial partner throughout the project cycle. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and wants to make a measurable impact on the growth of our brand in France. What You'll Do - Sales & Business Development · Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to grow revenue and market share. · Identify and secure new business across architects, design firms, installers, contractors, and distributors. · Drive early-stage product specification and ensure Luxalon solutions are selected in the design phase. · Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to closing. Account Management · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. · Provide expert technical guidance and tailored product recommendations. · Deliver impactful product presentations, training sessions, and on-site customer support. Market & Competitive Intelligence · Monitor regional trends, competitive activity, and project developments. · Share insights with internal teams to support product innovation and marketing initiatives. Collaboration & Reporting · Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, operations, and project management to ensure customer satisfaction. · Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports. · Represent Luxalon Plafonds France at trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits. About You - You’ll be successful in this role if you bring a strong mix of commercial drive, technical curiosity, and relationship-building skills. You take ownership, think strategically, and enjoy being close to customers and projects. Essential Experience & Skills · Proven B2B sales experience - ideally in architectural products, building materials, ceiling systems, or related sectors. · Established network within the French architectural and construction ecosystem. · Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. · Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. · Commercially minded, results-driven, and highly organised. · Comfortable using CRM tools and standard sales reporting. · Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region (Nantes, Biaritz and Toulose specifically). · Fluent in French; English is an asset.
