Business Development Assistant Manager (m/f/d) Automotive Your Tasks: Account & Commercial Management • Manage commercial activities for assigned OEM accounts (e.g., Renault Group, Stellantis) across ongoing programs, • Oversee pricing, quotation updates (RFQ/CRQ), and support revenue and profitability tracking, • Coordinate sales order, shipment, and invoicing processes for development and mass-production phases, • Monitor program financials and support margin improvement actions Program Operations & Execution • Act as a key interface to ensure smooth execution of development and mass-production programs, • Track program status, key milestones, and deliverables in coordination with internal functions (R&D, SCM, Quality, etc.), • Identify risks proactively and support mitigation plans to ensure program stability, • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal execution capability Customer & Cross-functional Coordination • Serve as a primary contact window for day-to-day communication with OEM customers, • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable internal tasks, • Drive alignment with HQ (Korea) and regional teams on commercial, technical, and strategic topics, • Facilitate internal decision-making by consolidating input across stakeholders Business Development & Pipeline Support • Support identification and development of new business opportunities within assigned accounts, • Participate in RFx processes, including coordination of technical and commercial inputs, • Contribute to early engagement activities (spec-in, roadmap alignment, customer workshops), • Support account strategy development based on customer needs and competitive landscape Your Profile: • 5–8 years of sales or account management experience in automotive electronics industries., • Experience in automotive electronics, Tier-1 supplier environment, or OEM-facing roles., • Proven involvement in RFx processes, business development, commercial negotiations, • Solid understanding of automotive electronics products and business structure (e.g., Head Unit, HPC, Telematics, Display, etc.), • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing logic, quotation management, and basic P&L awareness, • Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously in a structured manner, • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer requirements into business actions, • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both customers and internal teams, • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and organizational capability, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), • Fluency in English and French (both required) and Korean proficiency is a strong plus Please send us your complete application documents including earliest start date and salary expectations to vseurecruiting@lge.com We look forward to hearing from you!
