You will join our expertise team to drive the digital performance of our clients’ platforms, combining solid experience in paid media, mastery of tracking/data challenges, and an excellent understanding of SEO levers. This role involves both strategic management, operational execution, and client support. Your Missions: • Define and actively contribute to the product vision and roadmap, aligned with both business and technical objectives, • Communicate the product vision to all stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and management, • Ensure alignment between business goals and developed solutions, • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, • Draft and refine User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, • Maintain a prioritized and coherent backlog in line with product objectives, • Participate in functional arbitrations and product decisions, • Act as a key participant in agile rituals (daily, sprint planning, refinement, demo, retrospective, etc.), • Collaborate closely with the scrum master, development teams, and business stakeholders, • Contribute to team dynamics and facilitate communication between local and international teams, • Monitor development progress and participate in testing and validation phases, • Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to commitments, • Contribute to global synchronization within the SAFe (Agile Release Train) framework, • Analyze user feedback and propose improvement actions, • Participate in the optimization of processes and agile practices Your Profile: • Experience in product ownership or product management, ideally within agile (SAFe) environments, • Expertise in CRM evolution and digital transformation projects, • Proficiency in backlog management and functional scoping, • Strong skills in drafting and refining User Stories, • Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams, • Mastery of agile methodologies and rituals, • English fluent.
