Process Diagnosis & Lean Improvement Specialist What You'll Do • Diagnose and optimize key warehouse, transportation, and delivery station processes, covering inbound receiving, put-away, picking, checking, packing, handover, transportation, station sorting, and last-mile delivery., • Identify non-value-added work, repeated actions, efficiency bottlenecks, quality risks, and high-frequency exception points, and propose process optimization plans., • Apply lean tools such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, and PDCA to drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement., • Work with warehouse, transportation, delivery station, and service provider teams to improve SOPs, operating standards, on-site management standards, and exception handling mechanisms., • Track the execution and effectiveness of improvement actions, drive issue closure, and improve operational efficiency, fulfillment stability, and customer experience. About You • More than 3 years of experience in lean management, process optimization, operational improvement, warehousing, or logistics on-site management., • Familiarity with warehouse, transportation, or delivery station operations; frontline improvement experience is preferred., • Familiarity with lean tools such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, and PDCA., • Strong on-site problem identification capability, logical analysis capability, and improvement execution capability., • Ability to communicate effectively with frontline teams and cross-functional partners to drive standard implementation and process optimization.
