Learning & Transformation Partner WDHB designs and delivers experiential learning programs that help leaders and organisations navigate complex business challenges and turn insight into action. We are looking for a Learning & Transformation Partner to join our Paris studio. This role contributes across the full learning lifecycle – owning engagements from first client conversation through design, delivery, and post-program debrief – while acting as a trusted, strategic partner to both clients and colleagues. It is a hands-on, client-facing role at the intersection of business development, consulting, learning design, and delivery. Google Form link: What you’ll do Business Development & Growth • Own pipeline development: Identify, source, qualify, and progress new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts., • Lead commercial conversations, own proposal development, and convert opportunities into signed engagements through proposal, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and signature., • Lead structured debriefs and identify follow-on opportunities to deepen client partnerships. Client Advisory & Learning Design • Partner with senior leaders to clarify needs, shape learning objectives, and translate them into learning solutions., • Personally lead and contribute to the design of high-quality, immersive, outcome-driven learning journeys grounded in adult learning theory and aligned to real business priorities., • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing structure, clarity, and judgment in ambiguous contexts. Program Delivery • Research, identify, and engage top speakers, innovators, practitioners, and thought leaders who bring each program’s vision and strategic goals to life., • Lead sourcing, briefing, and coordination of vendors (logistics, venues, activities) to ensure seamless, high-impact delivery., • Make real-time judgment calls to safeguard quality, flow, stakeholder alignment, and participant experience. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational rigor. You’ll navigate ambiguity and be expected to turn ideas into plans and execute them to move work forward. Who you are • 8-10+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational consulting, consulting, or professional services., • Demonstrated experience owning business development and/or revenue targets; ideally in the B2B space., • Strong consultative capability - able to diagnose client challenges and create customised high-value solutions in complex, ambiguous environments., • Solid learning design expertise and working knowledge of adult learning theory., • An exceptional communicator - you have a way with words, whether in a high-stakes client meeting, a well-crafted proposal presentation, or speaker briefing., • Comfortable engaging with and building credibility with senior leaders and executive stakeholders in an international environment, • Comfortable working in a small team where people step in, take ownership, and help get things done., • Naturally curious, open-minded, and comfortable working across cultures. You enjoy engaging with people from different industries, backgrounds, and perspectives, and bring respect and cultural awareness to those interactions, • Paris-based, with native-level or full professional fluency in French and English (both spoken and written). You are commercially minded, intellectually curious, highly organized, and comfortable taking full ownership from first client conversation to final debrief.
