Job Title: Site Manager Term: Contract 12 months+ Our client is a trusted, global robotics and automation company specialising in the deployment, integration, and maintenance of autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions for supply chain operations. • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or relevant professional qualification in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Construction Management, or a related field, • A degree in Project/Site Management, a postgraduate certificate in Project/Site Management, or a Site Management certification will be considered an advantage Required Professional Experience • More than 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably in engineering, construction, logistics, or e-commerce sectors, • Strong knowledge of logistics systems, with emphasis on on-site installation activities, commissioning procedures, and testing processes, • Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements Main Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, • Plan, schedule, assign work, and ensure that all tasks comply with company policies, procedures, codes, and regulations, • Manage and communicate with teams through team leaders and/or installation technicians, holding regular status meetings, • Prioritize, schedule, and provide logistical support for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, • Provide regular status updates to clients and appropriately escalate any identified issues internally or to third parties to ensure customer requirements are met, • Prepare project summaries, requirements, scope of work, material lists, key milestones, and schedules for each client project for the relevant team leader, • Support installation scheduling and resource planning to ensure successful project execution, • Identify, analyze, and report product performance and quality issues, • Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) materials and related project documentation in an organized manner, • Act as the main liaison between site installation teams and escalated client matters, • Maintain up-to-date project status information and deliver reports requested by management, • Act as a technical expert in all areas of the installation process, • Provide training to others within areas of proven expertise, • Support installation teams with technical information, product requests, and timely responses to clients and suppliers to remove operational blockers, • Identify individual training needs and process improvements for both self and team Functional, • Reporting Line: Managing Director
