Job Responsibilities • Research and analyze raw material market trends, provide timely information and recommendations to relevant departments and supervisors, and develop raw material cost control measures., • Source, develop and manage qualified global suppliers, conduct supplier performance evaluation, and optimize the supplier management system., • Develop and implement procurement strategies and annual bidding plans for assigned categories., • Arrange and follow up on new product sampling for overseas lines, participate in new product development, provide effective suggestions, and optimize the NPD process., • Conduct price inquiry and comparison for assigned products, identify and drive cost-saving projects to meet cost control targets., • Coordinate procurement lead time and quality issues for assigned materials, and lead material dual-sourcing / second-source switching., • Draft and sign procurement contracts for assigned categories., • Reconcile accounts with suppliers, and assist the finance team in invoice management., • Build and improve the procurement management system for assigned categories., • Assist supervisors in the management of assigned procurement modules., • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in luxury beauty / high-end cosmetics; familiar with global beauty raw material & packaging suppliers, EU and China cosmetic regulatory compliance; strong capability in cost breakdown and optimization is a plus., • Proficient in Chinese and English as working languages to coordinate with teams in China & France and overseas suppliers; fluent French is a strong plus., • Able to adapt to cross-regional collaboration, tolerate frequent cross-timezone communication between China and France, and accept long-term assignment in France.
