We’re on the lookout for an Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic Paris Lounge Network team. Based at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (Roissy-CDG), the HR Specialist supports our European HR activities, primarily in France, as well as Latvia, Switzerland and Italy. This is a broad HR generalist role, covering a wide range of topics: employee relations, HR administration, payroll, recruitment, labor law, HR reporting, HRIS, workforce planning and HR controlling. We are looking for someone who enjoys working across different areas of HR, combining hands-on operational support with a strong focus on data accuracy, reporting and HR tools. The position requires rigor, autonomy, versatility, analytical skills and a strong digital mindset, with occasional travel across Europe. Responsibilities: • Act as a key HR contact for employees and managers, primarily in France., • Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle: contracts, amendments, onboarding, offboarding, employee records and HR documentation., • Support managers on employee relations, attendance, performance and disciplinary matters., • Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with payroll providers., • Support recruitment and onboarding activities., • Ensure compliance with French labor law, collective agreements and internal HR policies., • Ensure the regular and accurate update of HRIS, maintaining complete, reliable and up-to-date employee data., • Produce and maintain HR reports, dashboards and KPIs across the European perimeter., • Monitor headcount, FTEs, personnel costs, absenteeism, turnover and other key HR indicators., • Support HR budgeting, workforce planning, forecasting and personnel cost analysis., • Ensure consistency between HRIS data, payroll information, employee records and HR reporting., • Contribute to European HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across a broad range of HR topics. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field., • Master's degree is a plus., • 3–4 years of broad HR generalist experience, ideally in an international and/or operational environment., • Good knowledge of French labor law, payroll and HR administration., • Comfortable handling multiple HR topics simultaneously, from day-to-day operational matters to reporting and analytical topics., • Strong interest in HR reporting, HR analytics and social controlling., • Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle), and confidence working with HR data and figures., • Comfortable working with HRIS and digital HR tools, with a strong focus on data accuracy, completeness and regular updates., • Professional proficiency in French and English.
