We have 10 Operations Research Scientist positions open at Hexaly for the year 2026. Your job You are part of the Hexaly tech team. Daily, you: • Develop new features, algorithm improvements, and fix bugs in Hexaly Optimizer;, • Provide Hexaly users with dedicated support and training;, • Participate in Hexaly professional services, such as developing turnkey applications for clients. Your profile • You have a Master's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics (university or engineering school);, • You love algorithms and coding;, • You have an eye for detail, you like a job well done, and you don't fear code reviews;, • You are very organized, can follow processes and practices carefully;, • You can listen and handle direct feedback on all that you do;, • You have a high degree of commitment to work and are not afraid of change;, • You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English. In the first weeks, we will coach you intensively to improve your knowledge of Hexaly's products and acquire Hexaly's software development best practices.
