As Global Product Marketing & Campaign Manager, you will play a strategic role. Your goal is to to develop and deliver integrated, cross‑functional marketing plans across Zimmermann’s annual calendar, including campaigns, events, brand moments, and runway shows. The role brings a strong product‑led perspective, ensuring collections are clearly understood, strategically edited, and consistently advocated to drive intentional coverage of priority categories and styles across all channels. Working closely with channel leads and cross-functional teams, including Retail and Visual Merchandising, the role ensures alignment, clarity, and cohesive execution throughout the year. Global Marketing Planning & Integrated Campaign Development • Co-develop integrated global marketing plans across the annual calendar, translating strategic priorities into clear activity plans across channels and touchpoints., • Lead assigned global initiatives end-to-end (scope to be determined), from briefing and planning through execution and post-campaign learnings., • Partner with the Campaign Strategist in Australia to ensure a cohesive approach across all major brand moments, with aligned timelines, dependencies, and governance., • Specifying asset needs and selection, defining usage, phase out dates etc., • Check content on brand, legal, cultural sensitivity. Product Understanding, Curation & Advocacy • Build deep understanding of the collection and key commercial/category priorities to identify hero stories and must-win product focus areas., • Curate and edit product storytelling to ensure balanced representation of styles and categories across channels and moments throughout the year., • Act as a product advocate in planning forums, ensuring product logic and seasonal priorities are reflected in channel plans and cross-functional execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Align closely with channel owners (Digital, PR, CRM, Media, Social) to ensure cohesive storytelling, sequencing, and execution across the funnel., • Consult with Merchandising and Buying and Planning; then partner with Retail, Ecommerce and Visual Merchandising to ensure campaign intent is translated into the customer experience in-store and in-market., • Create clear briefs and toolkits for internal teams, regions, and external partners, ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and measurement. Regional Localisation & Brand Consistency • Support regional teams with guidance and frameworks for local execution, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining global consistency., • Safeguard Zimmermann tone-of-voice, visual identity, and brand positioning across campaign touchpoints. Performance, Optimisation & Learning • Track performance across key channels/markets in partnership with channel leads; identify insights and optimisation opportunities., • Deliver post-activity reporting and learnings to improve future planning, messaging, and execution. Budget & Resource Management • Manage budgets for assigned initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation and premium execution., • Contribute to resourcing and ways-of-working improvements across the marketing planning function. Your profile : • At least 6 years of experience delivering comprehensive, global marketing plans and campaigns within luxury/premium fashion, retail, or a comparable brand environment., • Strong product storytelling capability: able to understand, edit, and advocate for product and category priorities across a yearly calendar., • Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams with excellent stakeholder management across regions and time zones., • Strong project management skills, including managing critical path, governance, approvals, and budgets., • Analytical and insight-led; able to translate performance data into action and improvement., • High attention to detail and strong brand guardianship.
