Years of relevant experience: > 12 years Overview The role provides senior Data Analysis expertise to support marketing, digital, and customer interaction use cases. The consultant contributes to analytical and decision-support solutions enabling omnichannel journey analysis and improved customer experience. Responsibilities • Exploit and analyze data to support marketing and digital decision-making, • Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions, • Perform exploratory data analysis and quality assessments, • Design and maintain datasets and semantic data models, • Coordinate priorities with business and IT stakeholders, • Contribute to data quality, governance, and homologation activities, • Produce dashboards, analytical studies, and reporting materials, • Advanced Data Analysis (Marketing & Digital), • SQL & Analytical Query Design, • Snowflake, • Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy), • Python, • Hive, Teradata, MySQL, PostgreSQL, • Data Modeling & Semantic Layers, • Proven experience in marketing and digital data projects, • Strong ability to bridge business, data, and IT teams, • Expertise in data quality, validation, and governance, • Omnichannel customer journey analytics, • Data governance frameworks, • Steering committee presentation skills, • Large-scale data transformation programs
