AODocs is the AI-native document management platform trusted by more than 500 enterprises worldwide, including Google, Veolia, Whirlpool, and dozens of Fortune 500 companies. Our platform combines reliable AI (intelligent classification, metadata extraction, document analysis, conversational agents) with enterprise-grade document control, while letting customers keep their content in their own cloud storage (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure). We help large organizations replace legacy systems like FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, and Hyland, and run their most critical document processes faster, with fewer errors, and at lower cost. Our customers use AODocs to manage the design documents of data centers, water treatment plants and aircraft; to process insurance claims; to control manufacturing instructions and quality certifications; to handle banking files and regulated records. We are based in Paris, Atlanta, and Milan. Our team is over 130 strong, made up of highly motivated and competent people who believe good ideas can come from anyone, regardless of formal job title. The position We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can turn AODocs' technical capabilities into compelling, industry-specific business stories. Your mission is to make it immediately obvious to a banker, an insurer, a plant manager, or a construction project director why AODocs will accelerate their business, in their own language, with the right examples, and with visuals that land in seconds rather than minutes. You will own the messaging, content, and visual storytelling for our four priority industries: • Banking: credit files, KYC/AML documentation, policies and procedures, regulatory archives, • Insurance: claims documents, underwriting files, policy management, compliance records, • Engineering and Construction: design documents, project deliverables, as-built records, submittals, • Manufacturing: manufacturing instructions, quality certifications, supplier documents, product specs To succeed in this role, you don't need to come from these industries, but you need the curiosity and analytical rigor to understand each one deeply: their KPIs, their regulatory pressures, the everyday pain of the people who actually handle the documents, and the strategic priorities of the executives who sign the contracts. Then you translate AODocs features (AI extraction, workflows, traceability, SAP/M365/Google integration, cloud-native storage) into the business outcomes those audiences care about: faster cycle times, fewer errors, lower compliance risk, reduced cost of legacy systems, accelerated AI adoption. Why this role is worth your attention • You'll be in the spotlight internally. Industry messaging is at the heart of our growth strategy: sales, product, and leadership will all rely on your output., • Our product runs mission-critical processes at some of the world's most demanding companies. AODocs manages the design documents of Google's data centers, Veolia's water treatment plants, manufacturing instructions for global industrials, and contract workflows for media groups., • Worldwide scope. 60% of our business is in North America and our top customers operate globally: your content will be read on every continent., • You'll learn constantly. A wide variety of technologies, AI capabilities, and customer use cases across very different industries., • The company is growing and profitable. You're joining an exciting trajectory with real career opportunities. Responsibilities • Industry messaging and positioning. Build and maintain the narrative for each of our four priority industries: what we say, who we say it to, and how we differentiate against legacy DMS vendors and vertical applications., • Write content that converts. Produce web pages, solution briefs, blog posts, sales presentations, customer-facing one-pagers, email sequences, video scripts, and campaign assets, each crafted with wording that resonates with a specific industry audience., • Design infographics and visual content. Translate complex value propositions into clear, attractive visuals such as process diagrams, comparison charts, "before/after" infographics, industry value maps that help prospects grasp the business benefit in seconds., • Map features to industry priorities. Work closely with the product team to understand new capabilities (AI extraction, business agents, integrations, etc.) and translate them into concrete benefits for each industry's specific KPIs and workflows., • Conduct industry and competitive research. Stay on top of trends, regulations, and competitive moves in banking, insurance, E&C, and manufacturing; turn insights into sharper messaging., • Equip sales. Partner with sales to identify recurring objections and customer questions per industry, and build the content that resolves them., • Distribute and measure. Drive content distribution across web, social, email, and partner channels; track performance and continuously refine. Hard skills we are looking for • Content writing. Exceptional ability to find the right wording for a specific target audience — copy that sounds like it was written for them, not adapted from a generic template. Strong portfolio of B2B content writing samples expected., • Graphic design / infographics. Proven ability to design infographics and visual assets that convey a clear business message. Comfort with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent., • Industry empathy. Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn a new industry's vocabulary, pain points, and priorities, and to speak to its audience credibly., • Feature-to-benefit translation. Ability to take a technical capability and clearly articulate, in business terms, why a CFO, COO, claims director, or plant manager should care. Your experience • Proven experience in product marketing, content marketing, or solution marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software., • Track record producing both written content and visual assets for enterprise audiences., • Exposure to one or more of our priority industries (banking, insurance, engineering and construction, manufacturing) is a strong plus, but a sharp learner with the right portfolio matters more than a specific industry background., • Excellent communication skills in English; French at business level, • Comfortable collaborating with teams across multiple continents and time zones. Expect to travel a few times a year, or more if you enjoy it. Cultural fit We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys juggling several projects at once, and is comfortable working across different teams and cultures. You should be equally happy interviewing a customer in construction, debating positioning with our product team, and shipping a polished infographic by Friday.
