We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic head bartender to join our established team to support our general manager in the day-to-day running's of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. Responsibilities. • Ensuring the bar team are well presented, in clean uniforms and arrive on time for their shifts., • Bringing any staff issues or problems to the general manager's attention., • Ensure the daily and weekly cleaning schedules are completed by the team and highlight any maintenance issues to the management team., • Staff training, ongoing of current staff, overseeing all new starters ensuring they have every opportunity to succeed and enjoy their new Job., • Take ownership of the shift, and ensure the team know their roles., • Ensure all drinks are beautifully made to spec and go out to the table in a timely manner., • Maintaining the right ambience and atmosphere in the bar., • Every guest is spoken to as soon as they sit down, and every guest leaves happy., • Stock up and cleaning is completed in line with EHO standards., • Assisting with menu development, cocktail training sessions and drink passions. Requirements.
