Candidate Management Specialist - Graduate Role

Main Purpose and Responsibilities of the Role:
• To work as part of the wider Resourcing Services team, playing a critical role in the success of our campaign delivery
• To support candidates as they progress through the recruitment process, providing exceptional service and support throughout
• Provide client and internal management reports
• Be a key contact for your client’s candidates, ensuring they are prepared and queries are answered, providing outstanding candidate experience
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Candidate Engagement Specialists
• Provide adhoc support to the wider Resourcing Services team as required
Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies required:
• Obtained a degree/gained some work experience in either recruitment or a customer services environment
• Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English is desirable
• Communication skills
• Administration/organisational skills
• Able to prioritise deadlines
• A passion for the delivery of great customer service
• Embraces different projects
