Job description

We are a property management company Based in the City looking for an organised and diligent Finance & Admin Assistant to join our team. The candidate we are looking for needs to be an experienced Finance Assistant who can assist the Director with previous experience in the same role and solid experience in using softwares such as Xero and Execl.

Requirements

· Relevant higher education in Banking, Accounting or Finance

· Relevant experience

· Proficient user of Excel

· Fluent using Xero to capture and reconcile paid invoices

· Accuracy & attention to detail

· The ability to control, own and maintain the purchase ledger without close supervision

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work unsupervised and as

part of a team.

· Strong system knowledge in particular with Excel and Google Sheets

· Ability to perform accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year

Experience:

Financial Services: 1 year (Preferred)
