About Us:
We’re an independent, well established, newly refurbished salon in Hillsborough, Sheffield — just 15 minutes from the city centre and 10 from Kelham Island. We are based on Middlewood Road with high footfall, great visibility, and plenty of places to park for you and your clients.
Owned by experienced business owners (not stylists), our goal is simple: deliver an exceptional client experience and build a strong, happy team. We’ve invested heavily in lighting, furniture, fixtures, and premium products so your work looks its best every time.
After refining our team, we’re now looking for Level 3 stylists who share our commitment to quality, professionalism, and growth.

Who You Are:
- NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years experience.
- Passionate about your craft.
- Reliable, professional, and eager to progress.
- Looking for a supportive, high-standard environment.
- Ready to take over existing clients and build new relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a qualification recognised within the industry.
- Demonstrable skills in store management, upselling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and team members.
- A willingness to mentor junior staff or apprentices is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including alternate Saturdays; however, the role primarily involves daytime hours.
