Social media assistant - Receptionist - Administrator

Have you got what it takes to become Sugaring London’s new Receptionist/ Social media assistant ? For two days during the week ( Thursdays and Fridays) you will be in charge of our busy reception desk, welcome clients , book clients in and take payment face to face as well as over the phone. You are first and foremost a multitasker and don’t get intimidated by changing hats . Most importantly you have great attention to detail and know how to make clients feel good from the moment they walk in to our studios. You are a real team player and love to work with our famous sugaring experts . You love it when things are clean and are running smooth. You’re familiar with Excel and you can work on a MacBook Pro ( Apple ) . You have a passion for everything millennial and Instagram - you know how to take pictures and shoot little fun videos and upload them to our Instagram account. You will work together with our founder and are keen to grow our following . In order to be considered for this position you need to have at least two years of recent reception experience and a background in marketing .
