Fitness Manager – West London Location: West London Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent Salary: £31,100 per annum 4Leisure Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic leisure facility for a Fitness Manager to join one of their flagship centres in West London. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced fitness professional to step into a rewarding leadership role, managing a fitness team and ensuring the highest standards in service, safety, and customer experience. About the Role: As Fitness Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness department, leading and motivating the team to deliver an outstanding member experience. You’ll also complete a minimum of two Duty Manager shifts per week, acting as a key holder and ensuring smooth and safe operation of the facility. With the site open from 6am to 10pm, flexibility with working hours is essential.
