General Manager – Elevation Workout (London W1) Salary: £41,000 + performance bonus Location: 106 Great Portland Street, London W1 Schedule: Full-time, on-site Start date: November / December 2025 (Soft Launch) About Us Elevation Workout is a new premium class-based training studio in the heart of London W1 — part of the Vitalis Group (Dubai). The studio combines high-energy HIIT and Spin classes with a luxury boutique environment and seamless customer experience. We’re building a tight-knit team focused on quality, accountability, and genuine community connection — not corporate gimmicks. The Role We’re searching for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of Elevation Workout. You’ll oversee the full running of the studio, manage the Assistant Manager and instructor team, and deliver a consistently exceptional client experience. This is a hands-on, leadership-driven position that balances structure, energy, and autonomy. You’ll have space to build something special — a standalone, self-sustaining business with real local impact. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all daily operations across Spin Studio, HIIT Room, and therapy areas., • Manage, mentor, and support the Assistant Manager and instructors., • Coordinate class scheduling to build toward full capacity (10 classes per room per day)., • Maintain operational excellence — cleanliness, safety, energy, and punctuality., • Handle member engagement and uphold exceptional customer service., • Lead soft and hard launches (Dec 2025 / Jan 2026)., • Coordinate in-studio content creation for social media and marketing., • Develop corporate wellness partnerships and team-building sessions during off-peak hours., • Plan and host community events, challenges, and charity fundraisers. You’ve managed teams in fitness, hospitality, or boutique training environments and understand what it takes to deliver consistency with heart. Essential qualities: • Proven experience managing a studio, gym, or wellness venue., • Excellent leadership and communication skills., • Confident in creating schedules and managing small teams., • Hands-on, proactive, and dependable., • Ability to teach Spin or HIIT sessions occasionally (not required)., • Experience coordinating local events or brand collaborations., • Strong interest in social media and content culture.Why Join Us?, • £41,000 base salary + performance bonus, • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), • Early autonomy with direct input into studio systems and team culture 📧 Applications close 20 November 2025.
