Key Responsibilities: • You will be managing a portfolio of between 90 - 120 properties, • Arranging compliance, GSI, ESI, PAT and EPC., • Applying for PRPL - Private Rented property Licences with various boroughs., • Booking and checking Management Inspections, • Negotiating the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required, • Advising utility companies when properties coming available, • Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors, • Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts, • Day to day correspondence, • Preparation of tenancy agreements, • Serving of section 8 and 21 notices, • Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants, • Process re referencing with Home Let Skills Required: • A calm approach, • Can-do attitude, • Systematic approach with strong administrative skills, • Problem solver, • Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail, • Be able to work on your own however well within a team, • Strong office administration skills, • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of property management., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
