D365 Solutions Analyst Location: Carlisle (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office). A growing organisation is seeking an experienced D365 Solutions Analyst to join their Technology team. This role offers the chance to work across a range of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, supporting ongoing projects and system enhancements within a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide first and second-line support for D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Commerce)., • Troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, and liaise with third-party vendors where required., • Gather and analyse business requirements to propose effective functional solutions., • Support upgrades, module rollouts, UAT, and data integrity tasks., • Maintain documentation and monitor system performance, recommending enhancements where appropriate. Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX., • Strong functional understanding of finance and operations processes., • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills., • Familiarity with Power Platform or willingness to develop skills in this area., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and produce clear, accurate documentation. Desirable: • D365 Functional Certifications., • Industry experience in agriculture, retail, or manufacturing., • Exposure to LCS, DevOps, and Microsoft reporting tools (Power BI/Fabric).
