Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards., • Engage with guests, take orders accurately, and ensure their satisfaction with food and drink service., • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils., • Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices., • Accurately manage cash transactions, including handling payments and providing change., • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service., • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting needs to management., • Uphold establishment policies regarding age restrictions for alcohol service. What We're Looking For: • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with the hospitality industry., • Strong basic math skills for efficient cash handling., • Proven ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail., • A genuine passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences for guests., • Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous; comprehensive training will be provided. Skills and Experience requirements The RM/ARM is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
