Key Responsibilities • Targeted SEN Support - Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions aligned with EHCP outcomes., • Classroom Adaptation - Support teachers in modifying resources and ensuring accessibility., • Behaviour & Emotional Regulation - Use positive behaviour strategies to help students engage and self-regulate., • Progress Monitoring - Record observations and contribute to review meetings., • Team Collaboration - Work closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, and external specialists.
