The role has a strong emphasis on digital marketing, including managing social media profiles, creating content, managing content on the UK website, sending out newsletters, utilising data and insights from multiple platforms to optimise content and improve engagement and more. \n\n This is a 3-day-per-week part-time role. Outside of the dates required for sessions and workshops, the days of work can be flexible. \n\n Creating, editing and curating content/posts to suit the audiences and needs of our different social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. \n Writing accurate, informed and engaging copy using our tone of voice for each social media post \n Editing video content and photos for social media, with an emphasis on vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, Stories and PPC campaigns. \n Writing content for blog articles and optimising content for SEO \n Maintaining and updating the UK website with new content, photos, articles, and the latest information from the school \n Proactively seeking out news stories from ARI students and alumni to share on socials \n proactively seeking out music industry news, events and opportunities relevant to our students and wider community \n Monitoring social media engagement to identify trends and maximise reach and engagement \n Writing and curating content for regular newsletters \n Repurposing social media content for the ARI website/blog where appropriate \n Working with the ARI brand guidelines to ensure all content is on-brand \n Creating digital assets for ads and other promotional activities following the brand guidelines \n To collaborate with the local team, identifying relevant topics for blogs, posts, events etc and ensuring enquiries through social media are followed up \n Utilising our various marketing platforms, including WordPress, Mailchimp, Later, Bitly, Adobe Creative Suite, LinkTree, HubSpot, Eventbrite, Canva, Flickr. \n\n Experience and Personal Qualities \n Must have a passion for music and creating content \n Experience writing and editing copy \n Experience managing or contributing to a website \n Excellent written communication skills, adept at adopting different tones of voice for social media, website, newsletter and when addressing different audiences \n A creative flair and a keen interest in photography and video. Confident in basic editing with both photos and video content (using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Adobe or other)\n Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator)\n Ability to manage time - ensuring that the 3 days per week are used effectively to meet the scheduling needs of ARI \n Proactive in seeking out news stories that can feed into our social media channels \n\n Please send a portfolio of some of your work (this may include content, designs, edited videos, blogs, etc) along with a copy of your CV and a cover letter detailing how you meet the requirements of the job description and person specification.
