Job Description – Support Worker (Supported Living) • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, dementia, epilepsy, and complex needs within supported living settings, • Assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and daily living activities, • Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and person-centred support, • Supporting service users to access community activities, appointments, and social engagement, • Maintaining accurate daily notes, incident reports, and care documentation, • Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns appropriately, • Supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge using positive behaviour support approaches, • Working in accordance with health & safety, infection control, and company policies, • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams, • Providing emotional support and encouraging wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment Requirements: • Minimum 6 months experience in Supported Living / Care settings, • Valid Right to Work in the UK, • Care Certificate including all 16 modules, • PMVA / MAPA / CPI Training Certificate, • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, • Good communication and teamwork skills, • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends, • Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care principles
