Site Technician Cantello Tayler Recruitment is recruiting for a specialist in high-end interior systems based in Camberley, Surrey and they are seeking a Site Technician to join their installation team. You will be responsible for installing ceiling systems and integrated lighting across projects throughout the UK and occasionally Europe. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring travel, overnight stays, and flexible working hours. Site Technician Key Responsibilities • Prepare and load tools, equipment, and materials for site installations, • Install ceilings, lighting, and related accessories to specification, • Work safely at height using MEWPs, mobile towers, and other access equipment, • Maintain tools, PPE, and vehicles in excellent condition, • Complete site documentation and progress reports, • Support snagging, surveys, and post-installation maintenance, • Travel across the UK and Europe, including overnight stays Site Technician Person Specification Essential: • Practical experience in installation, interiors, lighting, or similar trades, • Physically fit and able to work at height, • Strong health & safety awareness, • Ability to read and follow installation drawings, • Full UK Driving Licence, • CSCS Card, IPAF or PASMA certification, • Willingness to travel, work overnight, and flexible hours, • Experience in joinery, AV, lighting, or modular interior installations, • Construction or electrical training/college background, • Competitive salary: £32,000–£40,000 per annum, • Company van, tools, and equipment provided, • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, • Overtime, night/weekend pay, and project-based bonuses, • Overnight allowances for stay-away projects If this Site Technician role is of interest to you, please click apply or contact Marie Spratley in our Egham office.

Skills & Experience of Event Production Manager: • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex events and managing multidisciplinary teams., • International event experience desirable., • Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual and live production solutions., • Comprehensive understanding of health & safety legislation and on-site compliance., • Financially astute with demonstrable experience managing production budgets., • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard business systems., • Skilled negotiator with strong supplier management capability., • Experience using CAD software for technical drawings (advantageous)., • Confident presenter, able to communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels.
