Site Supervisor (SSSTS) – Ongoing Contract Location: PE37 Area, Norfolk Start Date: 20/04/2026 Hours: 07:00 – 17:00 (Monday–Friday) Ongoing work with potential weekends available Opportunity: We are looking for a strong Site Supervisor to join an established contractor on a long-term infrastructure project in the Norfolk area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident running gangs on site and is looking for consistent, ongoing work. You will be working on a busy project with a solid pipeline of works, supporting key groundworks and ducting packages. CPCS Banksman (Slinger Signaller) – Anglia Square, Norwich 4-month contract | Immediate start | £22–£23 per hour We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable CPCS Banksman / Slinger Signaller to join a busy construction project at Anglia Square, Norwich. The role will involve working closely with a tower crane operator to safely direct and control lifting operations on site. You will be responsible for ensuring all loads are correctly slung, communicating clearly using standard signalling methods, and maintaining a safe working environment at all times. Key responsibilities: * Banking and guiding a tower crane during lifting operations * Slinging and securing loads safely and correctly * Using hand signals and radio communication effectively * Ensuring exclusion zones are maintained around lifting areas * Carrying out daily safety checks and following site procedures * Working closely with site management, crane operators, and lifting teams Requirements: * Valid CPCS Card (Slinger/Signaller – A40 or equivalent) * Previous experience banking tower cranes on construction sites * Strong awareness of health & safety regulations * Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Immediate availability preferred This is a great opportunity to join a long-running, well-organised project with consistent hours and competitive pay.
