The ideal Senior Bartender candidate will be an experienced and passionate bartender, with knowledge in cocktails and spirits. They will be able to deliver all drinks according to the company’s specs, following the Cycle of Service. Our Senior Bartender candidate will have experience managing a team and working well under pressure. We need a new team member for our evening team in H10 London Waterloo Hotel. We are looking for someone with passion for service to work in our bars and restaurant with good attention to details and a good team player. You will start at 3 pm until midnight or 1 am the latest. The latest bar at the hotel closes at midnight, You will be either working and assisting in any of the bars or attending our fine dinner restaurant.
