The Role We're looking for a talented, charismatic Mixologist/Bartender to bring craft, theatre, and personality to our bar. You'll own the full guest journey from behind the counter — from the first warm welcome to the last sip of the night — while helping shape a cocktail programme that's constantly evolving.
