Responsibilities • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming., • Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed., • Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences., • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients., • Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to established guidelines., • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and preferences., • Drive clients to appointments or social engagements when necessary., • Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to relevant parties., • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Experience • Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is highly desirable., • Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and their families., • Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining records and communication is beneficial., • A valid driving licence is required to facilitate transportation for clients., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.     Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Patient Transport Driver to join our team. As a Patient Transport Driver, you will play a crucial role in transferring patients and service users between different locations including but not limited to hotels and medical centres. Responsibilities: • Safely transport service users/patients to and from their homes, medical facilities, and other destinations., • Support them in and out of the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety., • Provide exceptional customer service., • Coordinate with control team, informing them of the situation and proactively manage their journeys., • Ensure the cleanliness and daily reporting of the vehicle status to the office., • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols., • Communicate effectively with the hotel management/security personnel/dispatch team while picking and dropping off the users., • Valid Full UK driving license with a minimum of 3 years experience, • Excellent driving record with no traffic violations, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation, • Ability to safely lift and manoeuvre patients when necessary, • Understanding Patient care, • Calm & Considerate in emotional circumstances, • Willing to go through an enhanced DBS (Company Funded), • Ambulance driving experience, • Working in the Healthcare sector, • Patient handling Experience, • 12 hour shifts, • Overtime available
