You will have: Experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, events or another public-facing role. Resilience, self-motivation and the confidence to approach members of the public. Comfortable working towards agreed targets while maintaining high standards of supporter care. Commitment to acting with integrity and following fundraising compliance requirements. Willingness to work in person, on site and at approved fundraising venues, including some outdoor or event-based activity.
