What We're Looking For: • Data driven to define, develop and optimise a balanced and performing manufacturing footprint, • Develops the strategic plan at site level, also proposing footprint developments and optimisation, • Drives integration program initiatives inside the sites, operating as facilitator, • Simplifies the link between sites and central functions, • Results driven. Acts on processes, systems, methods, guidelines and know-how management to achieve operational excellence, • Integrates new Industrial models Experience Requirements: • Extensive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, • Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence, • Experience in multi-site coordination and cross-functional project management, • Strong background in cost control and financial analysis, • Exposure to strategic planning and organisational development., • Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management - desirable, • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP/Prince2), or similar Salary – c75k + package Please contact Rob Blackburn today for further information.
