Location: Sheffield Type: Contract Role Summary A global financial services organisation is seeking a Software Licensing Analyst with strong, hands-on open-source experience. This is a core requirement for the role. The position focuses on developing and improving processes, controls, and policies that govern how the organisation uses, evaluates, manages, and contributes to open-source software-across both community-driven and commercially supported open-source models. This role sits within the Technology Engineering Practice function and requires close collaboration with engineering teams and Legal. Candidates must be comfortable analysing licensing implications, understanding how open-source components flow through complex systems, and applying governance standards within large enterprises.
