This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a background in domestic gas maintenance, servicing, repairs and installations, working across a local portfolio of residential properties. The Role: • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on domestic gas appliances., • Installing and replacing domestic boilers, heating systems and associated components., • Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works., • Undertaking annual gas safety checks and landlord gas safety inspections., • Carrying out boiler installations, replacements and heating system upgrades., • Completing general plumbing repairs and maintenance where required., • Ensuring all maintenance and installation work complies with current gas safety regulations., • Completing relevant documentation, service reports and compliance records., • Providing a professional service to customers and clients. Requirements:, • Valid ACS Gas Qualifications, including:, • CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety, • CENWAT – Central Heating Boilers and Water Heaters, • CPA1 – Combustion Performance Analysis, • CKR1 – Domestic Cookers (desirable), • HTR1 – Domestic Gas Fires (desirable), • Gas Safe registered., • Previous experience in domestic gas servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and installations., • Experience installing and replacing domestic boilers and heating systems., • Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills., • Full UK driving licence., • Plumbing experience is desirable, particularly with domestic heating systems and general plumbing repairs.
