About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service, • Lead, motivate, and develop the team, • Deliver exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback, • Manage staffing levels, rotas, and recruitment, • Monitor financial performance, stock, and cost controls, • Ensure standards of health & safety and food hygiene are maintained, • Work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance About You • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, • Strong leadership and people-management skills, • Passionate about hospitality and customer service, • Commercially aware with strong organisational ability, • Hands-on, positive and proactive attitude, • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends Salary: Up to £50,000 per year
