We’re looking for a Compliance Business Partner to join our clients growing team and provide expert support across all aspects of compliance from advising on FCA requirements to embedding a culture of good conduct and driving better customer outcomes. This is a chance to step into a senior, visible role where your insights will directly shape decision-making and strengthen the compliance framework. 🔑 What you’ll be doing • Act as the first point of contact for compliance and financial crime queries., • Provide practical, commercially focused advice to reduce conduct risk., • Oversee Appointed Representatives (ARs), including onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing oversight., • Maintain and update compliance policies in line with FCA and regulatory requirements., • Log and manage conflicts of interest., • Develop and deliver engaging compliance training for staff., • Share management information and performance insights with senior leaders. ✅ About You • Strong knowledge of FCA compliance requirements in commercial and retail insurance., • Understanding of ICOBS and SMCR regulations., • Experience with AR onboarding and oversight., • Background in UK insurance broking or operations., • Excellent communication skills, • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot risks., • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills., • CII, ICA, or equivalent professional qualification (desirable), • Knowledge of Lloyd’s and London Market regulations (desirable), • Client-focused and proactive., • Confident decision-maker and problem solver., • Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable., • Takes ownership and accountability.
