Complete maintenance records accurately using the site's maintenance management system. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times. Participate in the shift rota, including working Bank Holidays as required within the food manufacturing operation. Minimum of 3 years' engineering experience within the food manufacturing or FMCG. Strong understanding of preventative and reactive maintenance techniques. Good project management skills with a detailed knowledge of Health & Safety legislation. Desired: Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship.
