Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring outstanding service. Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and identify opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising companies to optimize product offerings and promotions. Represent the Taj Jewels brand with professionalism and passion. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong understanding of the luxury retail or jewelry market (preferred). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets. Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions. Skills: Sales & Business Development – Ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies. Jewellery Product Knowledge – Expertise in diamonds, gold, and fine jewellery, including certifications, trends, and craftsmanship. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Strong communication skills to build long-term client relationships, handle VIP customers, and provide personalized service. Negotiation & Leadership – Skilled in closing deals, managing objections, and leading a sales team to achieve performance goals.
