Role Description Are you ready to launch your sales career with a global brand that’s going places? This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join InXpress as a Sales Account Executive, based in East Leicestershire. This is a full-time, office and field-based role, offering a mix of structured training, real-world experience, and after your first year and qualification - some work hybrid flexibility. As part of the global InXpress APEX Programme, you’ll join a dynamic group of sales account executives across the UK, learning every aspect of sales and account management—from lead generation (telesales and door-to-door) to full-cycle customer development and retention. Over 12 months, you’ll receive: • Residential training courses led by industry experts, • Access to a global sales playbook refined over 20 years, • Dedicated sales coaching and 1-2-1 in-the-field mentoring to sharpen your skills, • A clear, structured progression plan with promotions, bonuses, pay rises, and benefits in year two and beyond.
