Duties • Management and submission of weekly staff time sheets and subsistence forms., • Manage, collate, and submit contract data in accordance with client KPI and assurance indicators, • Review weekly sheets for missing data, reactive work reports etc., • Ensure the companies integrated management system is populated, and information is up to date on live projects., • Manage team’s movements and plan daily activities., • Co-ordinate with other Departments and regions, • Assist in the preparation of Application invoices, including month end. HR • Work with other members of the team to ensure holiday periods are covered., • Work to ECS procedures and assist in appraisals as required. Financial • Utilise fully all of ECS’ resources to plan, deploy and efficiently manage employees for successful completion of workload with the ECS Project Managers., • Identify Project risks, implement contingency plans and early warning mechanisms to reduce waste, duplication of work and maintain projected profitability. Experience • Previous experience working within an Office administrative role., • Strong IT knowledge, • Ideally an NVQ or equivalence qualification in Business Administration (Desirable)
