Supply Chain & Quality Coordinator – FMCG Location: Lymington, Hampshire | Salary: Circa £32,000 DOE | Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid (WFH Fridays) Are you an analytical, detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in FMCG supply chain and quality? We’re partnering with a fast-growing creative agency delivering innovative products across beauty, lifestyle, health, and packaging sectors to recruit a Junior Supply Chain & Quality Coordinator. About the Role In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in quality assurance, compliance, and product consistency, ensuring all products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements before reaching clients in the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia. You’ll collaborate with factories, inspection partners, and internal teams to maintain product quality, resolve issues, support documentation, and ensure smooth, efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone methodical, process-driven, and highly analytical. Key Responsibilities • Maintain product specifications, inspection criteria, and quality standards, • Review pre-production and production samples, • Support quality assurance and compliance documentation, • Liaise with factories and suppliers to resolve non-conformances, • Track and report inspection results and trends, • Collaborate with NPD, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, • Manage document control and order documentation, • 18 months–2+ years in supply chain, quality, technical coordination, or product operations, • FMCG or consumer goods experience (beauty, lifestyle, homeware, packaging), • Experience with Far East suppliers advantageous, • Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office, • Comfortable reviewing samples and inspection data, • Circa £32,000 DOE, • 22 days holiday + bank holidays, • Hybrid working – 1 day per week from home, • Free on-site parking
