About the role The Technical Trainer plays a pivotal role in the training function to ensure the best application of technical training is delivered to Hikvision customers - distribution channel partners. Main Responsibilities: • Work with the training assistant to schedule training sessions, organize IT and other equipment, and manage course enrolment., • Deliver training sessions on the subjects of HCSA-CCTV, HCSA-Hik-ProConnect, HCSP, HCSA-VMS (HikCentral), HCSA-Non Video, iVMS4200., • Assist in designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the company’s needs., • Maintain the training and development programmes and manuals to ensure they are up-to-date and effective., • Work closely with HQ training team and local product management team to further develop new relevant knowledge and skills based on the market and the company’s products and solutions., • Deliver and support demonstrations, training, exhibitions or roadshows related to Hikvision products and solutions. I am supporting a great opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join an exciting, iconic development within Hammersmith. This key position will report to the Technical Services & Fabric Manager and deliver key aspects including Lift, Access Control & CCTV contract management, whilst delivering technical project management works for the wider estate. Key areas of delivery include: Technical Oversight - Oversee the management of Lift, Access and CCTV and ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Standards. Partnership Development: Engage with service providers to foster a collaborative approach in managing contracts Lifts, Access and CCTV. Occupier Relations: Liaise with and build positive relationships with the estate’s tenants, enabling a union of mutual respect and cooperation. Contract Management: Effectively manage, monitor performance, manage relationships, and administering contracts to ensure work meets contractual obligations. Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular meetings with service providers, ensuring that KPIs and reports are completed accurately and on time. Contract Review: Periodically assess service contracts to ensure they are fit for purpose and procure services in line with company policy as necessary. Fit Out Oversight: Work with tenants and their consultants providing guidance and enabling resources. Compliance Oversight: Take responsibility for compliance with statutory and mandatory regulations in health, safety, environmental, and energy management. Technology Advocate: Promote the use and integration of FM technologies to enhance rhe Estate operations and their use by operational teams. This is a key position, captures full contract / service delivery for high volume lift contracts including inspections/maintenance management and associated works. Communications Engineer Supervisor Location: Hillingdon (Fully On-Site) Contract: Minimum Six months Rate: £250 Per Day – Inside IR35 I am working with one of the world’s largest solutions companies who have an outstanding reputation for delivering complex technology and infrastructure projects across major UK transport hubs and I have a contract opportunity for an experienced Communications Engineer Supervisor to lead the installation and delivery of network infrastructure within one of the busiest airports in Europe. This is a site-based role, working days and nights as required where you will oversee teams installing and testing physical infrastructure as well as active network equipment across a busy, high-security environment. The position calls for someone who is technically capable, safety-conscious, and confident managing people on the ground whilst also support with the hands on installation work. Responsibilities • Supervising and supporting engineers carrying out installation works across multiple sites, • Delivering daily activity briefings (NABS/DABS) and completing point-of-work risk assessments, • Producing accurate end-of-shift reports and updates to senior engineers, • Promoting and enforcing a strong health and safety culture at all times, • Ensuring working areas are safe, tidy, and compliant with project standards, • Liaising with other contractors to clarify scope and prevent overlap or conflict, • Checking all tools and equipment are inspected and certified before use, • Leading on installation tasks including:, • Pulling, dressing, and terminating CAT6, voice, and fibre cabling, • Installing containment systems (tray, basket, conduit), • Terminating and testing panels, outlets, and fibre using Fluke DSX and OTDR, • Splicing multicore fibre (Fujikura 60s/70s experience preferred), • Performing patching, fault finding, and verification testing, • Identifying and escalating H&S or implementation risks in a timely manner, • Conducting on-site surveys and compiling survey documentation Experience Required • A strong background in structured cabling — including CAT6, network cabling, fibre optics, and CCTV cabling — with hands-on experience of testing, terminations, and containment systems, • Proven experience supervising IT or communications infrastructure projects in complex, live environments (aviation or rail preferred), • A proactive, organised, and safety-led mindset with strong communication skills, • SSSTS certification (mandatory), • Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required Preferred (but not essential): PASMA, IPAF, Working at Height, Confined Space, and Asbestos Awareness. Additional training will be provided where required.
