We are recruiting a Facilities Administrator to work for a property management company out of their newly acquired stunning Grade 1 Listed Georgian building in the heart of Derby on a permanent basis! This Facilities Administrator role is a full time permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm ideally, however 4 full days per week will be considered. A competitive salary up to £31k per annum is on offer plus benefits as below. As Facilities Administrator you will report into the Directors, and mainly be based in Derby, however there are 3 other buildings in Derby and 1 in Burton on Trent which you may need to travel to and therefore your own transport is essential for this role.
