National Business Development Manager Salary £35k (OTE £80k) Monday Friday Full time, 36.5 hours (Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm) Feeling unfulfilled with your current role? CVM World has huge ambition for growth and we require a Business Development Managerto work alongside our Sales and Marketing team in a friendly and supportive environment to help us achieve this goal. As our National Business Development Manager, youll be playing a key role in strengthening our market presence and identifying new opportunities, particularly with fleet customers. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic individual with a proven track record in securing new business to join our team. This is a hybrid role where, after a short period of office-based training, you will operate from home, our headquarters in Stoke on Trent or the field. Automotive experience is desirable as youll need industry knowledge to assist you in making successful pitches to prospective customers as well as identifying opportunities within our current customer base. However, full product and competitor training will be provided. Youll be competent and able to demonstrate: Strategic growth planning and the capability to generate new business Identifying opportunities and new target markets Ability to represent the company and our brands at industry events Ability to develop long-term relationships with customers An active listener and skilled negotiator Collaborative working with the wider Sales & Marketing team In addition to the above competencies, our ideal National Business Development Manager will be an individual who can work effectively within the business and build relationships.
