These positions will play a key role in supporting the progression of high-volume, standard small claims. Key Responsibilities Claims Administrators will be responsible for non-reserved activities, including: • Preparing draft claims, Particulars of Claim, applications, and judgment requests via the case management system and MCOL., • Monitoring post-issue activity and escalating all defences, AOS, admissions, and part-admissions to the Supervising Solicitor, while maintaining accurate case records., • Instructing high court enforcement (where applicable) and monitoring progress of enforcement, including liaising with enforcement officers., • Liaising with clients, courts, lenders, and responding to standard debtor enquiries., • Processing payments from lenders and debtors., • Ensuring all work is completed in line with CPR, GDPR, and SRA best practice.
