Sushi Daily Waitrose St'Albans! We are looking for a full time Sushi chef and part time Assistant sushi chef. Here at Sushi Daily we offer daily freshly hand made sushi prepared in store at Waitrose for Customers to enjoy at home or on the go. We are looking for team members with at least 1 years of Sushi Making and fish cutting experience. • prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi, • manage food prep activities, like cooking rice, cleaning and cutting vegetables, • maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift.
