    RTG are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Delivery Driver to join our team. We work with one of the UK’s leading logistics companies delivering high value products including fitness equipment, commercial refrigeration units, and other large household/commercial goods. This is a hands-on role and ideal for a driver who enjoys customer interaction, can work efficiently, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service every day. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high value, bulky items safely and professionally to customers, • Complete up to 6 drops per day across Kent, London and Surrey, • Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times, • Load and unload items securely (heavy lifting involved), • Plan routes efficiently to meet agreed delivery slots, • Provide excellent customer service at every delivery, • Complete all POD / delivery paperwork accurately, • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects immediately, • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, • Previous experience in a delivery driving role (preferred), • Comfortable delivering large/heavy items, • Comfortable with long days when required, • Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods safely, • Professional appearance and strong communication skills, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Desirable • Experience delivering fitness equipment, white goods, appliances, or commercial units, • Experience with high value goods and customer home deliveries, • Warehouse/loading experience ✅ What We Offer • Consistent work with a growing logistics company, • Supportive team and clear daily runs, • Professional environment and high delivery standards, • Immediate start available for the right candidate

This is a senior, strategic role that combines commercial planning with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding revenue streams, strengthening brand visibility, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing structured growth initiatives across marketing, client engagement, and service development. The role requires a candidate who can operate independently, take ownership of performance outcomes, and work closely with the Director to translate strategic objectives into measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities Business Growth and Revenue Development • Design and implement structured business development strategies to increase client volume, average spend, and repeat bookings., • Identify and develop new revenue streams, including group bookings, event-based services, premium treatment upgrades, and targeted service bundles., • Analyse booking patterns, client demand, and capacity constraints to support sustainable scaling without compromising service quality. Client Acquisition and Retention • Develop and manage client retention initiatives, including loyalty programmes, referral incentives, and repeat-visit campaigns., • Oversee the refinement of customer experience strategies using client feedback, reviews, and service performance data. Strategic Partnerships and Local Engagement • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local businesses such as bridal studios, hotels, event organisers, gyms, and boutiques., • Develop collaborative promotions and packages that generate new client acquisition and brand exposure. Marketing and Digital Performance • Plan, execute, and monitor local marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, SMS promotions, and seasonal campaigns., • Oversee content direction and performance on platforms such as Instagram and Google, ensuring alignment with the salon’s luxury brand positioning., • Coordinate influencer collaborations and campaign performance tracking. Performance Monitoring and Reporting • Set, monitor, and report against monthly and quarterly commercial targets., • Produce performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for senior management., • Evaluate return on investment across marketing spend, partnerships, and promotional activity. Leadership Support and Operational Alignment • Support the Director by taking ownership of business development and growth initiatives, reducing operational strain and improving strategic focus., • Work collaboratively with salon staff to ensure service delivery aligns with promotional campaigns and brand standards., • Contribute to longer-term planning, including future service expansion and market positioning strategies.
