    Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers / Support Workers to join our team in Maidstone. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals within their own homes, including those with complex healthcare needs. Qualifications and Experience • Previous experience in domiciliary care, supported living, residential care, or complex care is preferred., • Experience supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, or respiratory conditions is desirable., • Full training and competency assessments will be provided where required., • Valid UK driving licence is desirable., • Good organisational and communication skills., • Basic IT skills for electronic care records., • Compassionate and person-centred approach to care. Key Responsibilities • Support individuals with complex healthcare needs in accordance with care plans and risk assessments., • Support clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting., • Assist with mobility and safe moving and handling practices., • Follow individual care plans and provide support tailored to each person's needs and preferences., • Support clients with meal preparation, hydration, and medication support where appropriate., • Maintain accurate and timely care records using electronic care systems., • Monitor and report any changes in a client's health, wellbeing, or circumstances., • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals., • Accompany or transport clients to appointments and community activities where required., • Promote independence, choice, dignity, and social inclusion., • Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and company policies at all times.     Job description: We are looking for a passionate, reliable and enthusiastic football coach to join our new growing girls football sessions on Friday evenings. The role involves helping deliver fun, engaging and high quality training sessions for girls of various ages and abilities in a positive and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be confident working with young players and passionate about helping girls develop both their football ability and confidence on and off the pitch. Sessions focus on technical development, game related practices and creating an enjoyable atmosphere where players can learn and improve. The sessions are split into two age groups: • U6–U10: 5:00pm–6:15pm, • U11–U15: 6:15pm–7:30pm Essential Requirements: • FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football qualification (or higher), • Valid FA Safeguarding Children qualification, • Valid Emergency First Aid in Football qualification, • Enhanced DBS check, • Passion for girls football and player development, • Reliable, punctual and professional attitude, • Confident working with children aged U6–U15, • Strong communication and organisation skills Desirable Requirements: • Previous experience coaching within girls football, • Experience delivering sessions to multiple age groups, • FA Level 2 / UEFA C qualification, • Experience within grassroots football environments, • Ability to create engaging and enjoyable session practices, • Full UK driving licence and access to transport
